FeaturesPlayer passport

One profile. Every club.

Your passport holds your details, your sports and your history. Apply to any club on Versen with it, share only what you choose, and keep your record when you move on.

What it does

  • Applications that fill themselves

Clubs' forms ask; your passport answers. Anything new you add while applying is saved, so the next application is quicker again.

  • History clubs verify

At the end of a season your club confirms who played. Those records show as verified, stay with you after you leave, and never include anything negative.

  • You decide what's shared

Each club sees only what you share with it, for a reason you can see, and you can take it back. Contact details start unshared.

  • A profile page, if you want one

Choose who sees your profile page: everyone, only people signed in to Versen, or just your name. Show your clubs, your journey and your achievements.

  • Your whole journey

Add the seasons, tournaments and achievements from before Versen, and ask a club you played for to verify them.

  • Highlights

Add YouTube videos to your profile. Videos from official tournament streams are labelled, so a club knows where they're from.

How it works.

  1. Make your passport

Your name, what you play and who sees your profile. Three short steps, and only the name is required.

  2. Apply to a club

Open an EOI, check what it asks, and send it. Your details are already there.

  3. Play your season

Answer events, pay your fees and see your teams in one place.

  4. Keep the record

Your club verifies your season, and it's yours to show the next club.

Questions players ask.

Is the passport free?

Yes, always. Players never pay Versen. Clubs pay for the tools they use to run the season.

Can a club see my phone number and email?

Only if you share them. When you apply, the club sees only what its form asks for; when you join, you choose what your club-mates see.

What happens to my history if I leave a club?

It stays with you. Verified records outlive your membership, and even the club's own time on Versen.

Can I correct a record a club issued?

You can't edit it, but you can dispute it, and the club can correct or withdraw it with a reason. You can also mark any record never to be shared.

More of the season.

Make your passport once.

It's free, and every club on Versen can read what you choose to share.
