Plans differ only in how many teams and committee roles you run. No plan charges per player.
Online payments: 0.8% + 20c, paid by the club.
Members pay what they owe by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, into the club's own Stripe account, and it shows on their fees by itself. Versen's fee comes out of the club's payout, never off the member.

Versen's fee starts when paid plans launch: nothing is taken during the pilot. Stripe's own fee depends on the card, and comes out of the payout too. Cash and bank transfers you record cost nothing.

What counts as a team?
A team in a season that's running or hasn't started yet. Carrying a team on into next season is still one team, and past seasons never count.
Can we change plan later?
Yes. A bigger plan starts straight away, charged for what's left of the period. A smaller one starts when the period you've paid for ends.
What happens if we stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Managing the club pauses, but you can still read and export everything for at least 90 days, players keep their passports and history, and choosing a plan again picks up where you left off.
Do members pay a surcharge when they pay online?
No. Members pay exactly what they owe. Versen's 0.8% + 20c and Stripe's own fee come out of the club's payouts.
Is GST included?
Yes. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Paying yearly costs ten months' price.
