Members answer from the email or the app, and the people who haven't answered get reminded. For events open to everyone, people register and pay online without an account.
What it does
Trainings, games and socials
For the whole club or one team, one-off or every week. Change or cancel one date, or that date and every one after, and members get one email about it.
Answers without the group chat
Members say Going, Maybe or Can't go from the email itself. People who haven't answered are reminded three days and one day before, or whenever you press Remind.
A register on the day
Mark attendance on a phone. Staff see each member's record for the season; each player sees only their own, and it never leaves the club.
Public events anyone can register for
Social games, open trainings, social leagues, tournaments and come-and-try days, each with its own page. People register and pay online, with groups, waivers and juniors with a guardian.
Places and waiting lists
Cap the places on each date. When a date is full people join the waiting list, and a freed place is offered to the next in line automatically.
Run the day
Check people in on a phone, balance teams automatically and email everyone their team, message registrants, and refund from the registration.

Do people need an account to register for a public event?
No. Guests type their details and pay. People with a Versen account start with their details filled in.
Can we charge for events?
Yes: a price per date, an optional price for all dates, and member prices. Paid events need the club's Stripe account connected; free ones don't.
Who sees attendance?
Only the club. Each player sees their own, and attendance rates and absences never become part of a player's passport.
Can members add events to their calendar?
Yes. Each event has Add to calendar, and each member has a personal calendar feed that keeps up with new events, changes and cancellations.
