We aim to reply within two business days (Monday to Friday, Australian Eastern time), and sooner for safety concerns.

Write an email

Or email us about…

Pick one and your email starts with a subject and a few questions, so we can help in the first reply.

Is it about your club?

Versen runs the app; your club runs the club. Its committee decides selection, who's in the squad, what fees cost and whether they're refunded. Online payments go straight to the club's own Stripe account, so Versen never holds the money. For those, ask the club first: its owners, admins or treasurer.

If the club can't fix it, or you think the app got it wrong, write to us with the club's name.

Safety and your data

If anyone is in immediate danger, call 000. For a concern about a child, also tell your club's member protection officer, or your state's child protection service.

To report harassment, abuse, or someone pretending to be a player on Versen, email us with the pages involved. We read these first.

Report a safety concern

You can ask to see, correct or delete what Versen holds about you. You can also do most of it yourself: download your data or delete your account from your account page.

Common questions

Check it's the address you signed up with. Forgotten your password? Reset it; the email can take a few minutes and sometimes lands in junk. Still stuck? Write to us from that address.

You decide. Your passport is yours: clubs you apply to see what you share with them, and your public page shows only what you choose, never your contact details. Check your sharing.

Clubs set their fees and give refunds themselves, so ask your club's treasurer. Your receipts and what you've paid are under My fees in the club. If a payment went through twice or didn't show up, write to us with the club's name and the amount.

Set up your club in a few minutes; player passports are free. See pricing for club plans.

Usually not: a club's records (squads, results, fees) belong to the club, so its committee changes them. Your own passport is yours to edit. If something about you is wrong and the club won't fix it, tell us.
